Michael Fore was born in Richmond, Kentucky, and graduated from Model Laboratory High School. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Political Science and History. In 2002, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2002 and to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in 2003.
A past-President of the Madison County Bar Association, Michael practices in the areas of wills, estates, and trusts, small business planning, landlord and tenant issues, personal injury and general civil litigation, and insurance defense. He serves as adjunct faculty at Eastern Kentucky University’s School of Business where he teaches business law and ethics. Michael previously served as the Vice Chair of the Richmond Planning and Zoning Commission. He was one of the founding board members of the Hope’s Wings domestic violence shelter in Richmond and volunteers or serves on the board of a number of other community organizations and charitable causes.
